Beginnings

In August of 2007 The Green Insurance Company was founded as a sister company of Kwik-Fit Insurance. Since then we have flourished into a profitable and ever expanding company who continues to offset 100% of the Carbon emissions of our car insurance customers.

Better for the environment

Everyone is responsible for their own carbon footprint, so its up to each and every one of us to do what we can to help reduce our own environmental impact before it's too late. Our competitively priced eco friendly insurance will help you play your part in reducing your carbon footprint.

You can calculate how much carbon dioxide (CO2) your car emits by using our free carbon calculator. This will tell you how much damage your car causes to the environment, so you know exactly how much CO2 we will be offsetting for you if you buy a policy.

However we know that there is much more to it than just carbon offsetting. ‘Going Green’ is a way of life, which we hope everyone will adhere to in order to help the environment.
