Breakdown Cover Exclusions

All levels of cover

• Labour charges over 1 hour at the roadside are not covered
• More than 6 callouts per year


• If the vehicle was not in a roadworthy condition at the start of the policy or has not been maintained as per the manufacturers recommendations

• Callouts within 1 mile of your home address are not covered

Additional exclusions for Green Assist Euro Recovery

• Cover in Europe is limited to 31 days for a single trip and 60 days per year in total


• The cost of fuel in any replacement vehicle


• The policy must have started at least 10 days before you leave on any planned European trip for pre-departure cover to be in force.
