I'm afraid our system is just not clever enough to do this at present. We can only carry out changes to your policy over the phone. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We are hopeful that we can introduce more online car insurance services in the next few months.

How to change your policy
To make a change to your policy, please call us on 0845 272 7603 where one of our insurance consultants will be happy to help.
Changes to your policy may affect your policy premium and/or terms. To ensure your cover is not affected, please tell us about any changes as soon as possible. Examples of changes that you must tell us about are:
- Change of car
- Adding an additional driver to your policy
- Modifications to your vehicle
- Change of address, etc.
These are examples only. You must tell us about all material changes, for example, a change that may affect your premium or our decision whether to insure you or not. If in doubt, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. Otherwise your insurance may be invalid and won’t pay out in the event of a claim – a situation we would all rather avoid.
We charge an administration fee of £12.50 for making changes to your policy. This is in addition to any change to your insurance premium.
Depending upon the change you are making, there are some circumstances where we may not be able to continue cover. If this is the case, your car insurance policy would need to be cancelled but we would not charge you a cancellation fee.
How to cancel your policy
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your car insurance policy please call us on 0845 272 7603 where one of our insurance consultants will be happy to help you. We will only cancel the policy under your personal instruction.
If you (or we) cancel your car insurance policy within 14 days of the start date of the policy or within 14 days of receiving your documents, a £40 fee will be charged to cover our processing costs. If you (or we) cancel your car insurance policy after the 14 day period, we will keep £50 or our commission, whichever is greater.
