Senior : £17,750
Executive : £19,800
Elite : £21,800

Main Duties/ Responsibilities:

Providing car insurance quotations (whether they be inbound, outbound or web)and actively selling the product to customers.
Dealing with all customers needs (excluding claims) throughout their time as a customer including dealing with changes to their policy,
payment issues, renewals, general enquiries and cancellations.
Selling additional products as part of the company’s contact strategy
– this will be a mixture of inbound and outbound.
Accurate input of customer and marketing data into computer system.
Ensure revenue targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Operating within productivity measures as set within the company
Ensure full compliance with FSA regulations.
Maximising revenue opportunities whilst providing an efficient and professional service to customers.

Skills, experience, qualifications required:

Track record of achieving targets in a fast moving target-driven environment
Experience of dealing with customers over the telephone or face to face
Clear, polite and friendly speaking voice
Good numerical skills
General computer knowledge
Having an understanding of the motor insurance industry would be advantageous
Able to take direction and follow procedures
Friendly, outgoing personality
Good at diffusing difficult situations
Detail conscious and shows a pride in his/her work
Passionate about dealing with customers.
Desire to succeed in a sales environment.
