| Main Duties/ Responsibilities: |
- Providing car insurance quotations (whether they be inbound, outbound or web) and actively selling the product to customers.
- Dealing with all customers needs (excluding claims) throughout their time as a customer including dealing with changes to their policy, payment issues, renewals, general enquiries and cancellations.
- Selling additional products as part of the company’s contact strategy – this will be a mixture of inbound and outbound.
- Accurate input of customer and marketing data into computer system.
- Ensure revenue targets and quality standards are consistently met.
- Operating within productivity measures as set within the company
- Ensure full compliance with FSA regulations.
- Maximising revenue opportunities whilst providing an efficient and professional service to customers.
- Be a key part of building a new company

| Skills, experience, qualifications required: |
- Track record of achieving targets in a fast moving target-driven environment
- Experience of dealing with customers over the telephone or face to face
- Clear, polite and friendly speaking voice
- Good numerical skills
- General computer knowledge
- Having an understanding of the motor insurance industry would be advantageous
- Able to take direction and follow procedures
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Good at diffusing difficult situations
- Detail conscious and shows a pride in his/her work
- Passionate about dealing with customers.
- Desire to succeed in a sales environment.
