If you have a question about an existing claim on your car insurance policy, please check your documents to see who your policy is underwritten by and call the appropriate number in the table below.

Windscreen Claims

Fully comprehensive

If you use our approved repairer & your glass damage can be repaired, this will be done free of charge. If your glass damage cannot be repaired & needs to be replaced a £75.00 excess will apply. If you choose not to use our approved repairer, the most your insurer will pay is £100 after taking off any excess.

Third party, fire and theft

If you have a 3rd party, fire and theft policy and have purchased windscreen cover as an additional product, you can claim by calling us on the following number 0800 1694 677.

Excess Claims

If you have purchased excess protection with your insurance policy and would like to make a claim, you can now do so online. Exess protection covers you to claim back up to £500 excess in the event of a non-fault claim.

Excess protection claims are dealt with by the underwriter, Axa insurance.
